Hi How are you, I have enjoyed reading your blog, I came across the link by chance through homeone.com forum.
ReplyDeleteJust thought you might be interested, we actually had a contract on the block next door to yours (the end block) but it fell through when they would not accept our offer, however we were in very deep negotiations during that time with Newstart to build a Homestead 37 as well !!
So lucky it didnt pan out, otherwise could of been two homes the same side by side ! haha
We now have another block down the road again off gordon road, we have a building blog if you would like to see where we are at :)
